Areas of treatment focus:
- Difficulty completing/disruption with basic activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming)
- Behavior concerns (aggression, poor social skills, difficulty focusing)
- Emotional regulation
- Anxiety
- Disruption in ability to sense pain, hunger
- Poor body awareness (frequently running into others and objects in environment)
- Challenges/concerns related to global developmental delay
- Fine motor coordination
- Hyper or hypo sensory sensitivity (in reaction to textures, movement, sounds)
- Fearful of playground play (e.g. fear of certain movements, falling, or upside down play)
- Sensory seeking/hyperactivity
- Motor planning/coordination
- Dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyslexia
- Visual perceptual concerns (losing place while reading, significant challenges with reading, difficulty copying from blackboard, difficulty finding items in a visually cluttered environment, poor letter recognition))
- Difficulty following verbal, spoken, or written directions
- Night time bed wetting beyond age 6-7
- Infants with oral motor concerns that impact feeding (i.e. tongue ties, poor latch)
- Challenges related to ADHD
- Challenges related to autism
